Hey! I'm Stephanie

As a vegetarian and healthy-organic food enthusiast for over 20 years, my sprouting journey began after overcoming anorexia during my teenage and early adulthood years. Through personal development and focusing on the nutrient benefits of food rather than calories, I discovered the incredible advantages of incorporating sprouted seeds into our diets.

Aside from my passion for nutrition, I’m a rock guitarist, composer, coach, food photographer, and online course creator. One of my missions is to inspire others to eat healthier by teaching them how to sprout seeds at home, enabling them to enjoy more nourishing and unprocessed foods in their daily meals.

For me, nourishing our bodies with quality food (and preferably organic food) is truly an act of self-love. This is my ultimate mission: to inspire you to really love yourself, love your body unconditionally, and honor the extraordinary being that you are. By doing so, you can transmit and inspire that love to your daughters and sons, to your friends, and beyond. Together, we can bring more unconditional love into the world.
