As a vegetarian and healthy-organic food enthusiast for over 20 years, my sprouting journey began after overcoming anorexia in my teenage and early adult years. Through personal development and shifting my focus from calorie counting to the true nourishment food provides, I discovered the incredible benefits of incorporating sprouted seeds into our diets.
Aside from my passion for nutrition, I’m a certified coach (creativity & mindset coaching), and also a rock guitarist, composer, food photographer, and online course creator. I had no idea that we can provide so many more nutrients to our diets by germinating seeds and grains. I will definitely be incorporating many of them into my diet and have already started doing so with Chia seeds which I eat anyway for breakfast and chickpeas which I love!
